The license of Smart Telecom will automatically be revoked in the next 2 weeks

Smart Telecom has submitted an application to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology to protect its license. The company’s application was registered soon after the unexpected transfer of Baikunth Aryal, Secretary of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.

According to the law, Secretary Aryal was in favour of filing the renewal file from the regulator Nepal Telecommunication Authority after paying the required fees and dues. But the company had no confidence in the authority which revoked the license for non-payment of dues.
